About Kamakura New German
Kamakura New German started its business in 1968 in Shonan, Kamakura, where there is an abundance of rich nature as well as many heritage sites.
Always based in Kamakura since the opening, we have been developing, manufacturing, and selling western style confectionaries, such as “Kamakura Custar”, that have been loved by a wide range of generations.
Our vision is to share the happiness that our products have to offer with as many customers as possible.
That is why we only choose the best ingredients available in the country, and our experienced pastry chefs pour their heart and souls into their creations every day.
Our products are loved by many, from little children to elderly, as classic favorite souvenirs of Kamakura.
